Like any military team, a MilSim paintball team is comprised of players willing to do whatever it takes for the team. Everyone on the team has a specific job to do, and the commander ensures that those jobs are properly carried out. Decisions are made so that the objectives are completed. The most successful teams practice together and fully understand both the strengths and weaknesses of the team and each individual. When part of a MilSim team one of the most important aspects is working and communicating successfully as a team.
In TAS we utilize our members in various ways, but we always follow a uniformed structure.
1 team member is an operator, 2 members are a unit, 4 members are a squad and 6 members are a fireteam.
Units in TAS are designed for specific objectives and tasks for each mission they deploy into.
Missions can at any time and it demands focus, determination and strength.
Training and being ready for missions is what TAS is all about, preparing you for real world events.
